Summer Suit with Kenneth Cole, J Crew, and Cole Haan

I believe I've only done one suit shoot, and it was for how to dress for business (::Suit Up::).  In honor of the warm weather, I realize some of us still have to wear a suit regardless of how hot it is.  When suiting up for the hot seasons, it's wise to choose light-weight materials such as cotton or linen.  But if you like the traditional look and feel of wool, there are light-weight alternatives out there.

Take for instance this brown slim-cut suit from Kenneth Cole.  Although it's 100% wool, it's on the lighter side of the wool spectrum so it's perfect for a warm day.  To finish off the light summer look, I paired it with a clean white button down and a loosely knotted knit tie.  Leave the top button of your shirt undone and you'll look like the summer rebel that's ready to conquer the season with style.
